1) Grass Cutting Residence:  $450.00 per year includes trimming.

2) Grass Cutting Vacant Lot:  $300.00 per year

3) Snow Removal Driveway:  $250.00 per year

4) Security Check:  $160.00 per winter season
 Includes two checks per month from December 1 to March 31. Term or frequency of checks can be adjusted @ $20.00 per inspection. Inspection includes a walk through of the house and a check of oil tank and heating system.



Payment Terms: 50% due at time of signing contract; balance due when invoiced after season. Prices are subject to change without notice.
